(by the amount paid as booking of stay)It will return the total amount of the booking if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the date of entry, except 5% in management expenses and return.
If cancellation is made between 15 and 7 days before the day of arrival will be charged 40% of total cost of stay.
If cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the arrival date (local time), will be charged 50% of total cost of stay.
If the cancellation is made in the last 48 hours before the day of arrival (local time), will be charged 90% of total cost of stay.
In case the client does not show the day of entry without notice will be charged 90% of total cost of stay, where 10% will be refunded as compensation for expenses incurred.
